So far behind on so many things and my poor neglected blog is one of them!  Catching up first with adorable baby Deklan.  He was all of 12 days old when he came for his first photos and although he spent more time awake than sleeping, we still managed to capture how absolutely perfect and tiny he is!  Enjoy!

Meet a sweet little redhead named Makenna!  When I photographed her big brother a few years ago he wasn’t a huge fan of getting his picture taken, but this little lady was a superstar and I think mom and dad were pleasantly surprised at how well she cooperated!   When she flashed me a smile only a few minutes into our session I knew we were going to have a fantastic shoot!  Enjoy the sneak peek of this beautiful little girl at only 8 days old.  As always there are a few more images on my facebook fan page so be sure to check them out.  They are too adorable to miss!

Meet adorable baby Grace at 14 days old.  There are so many beautiful images from her session that it was ridiculously hard to pick just a few for her sneak peek (I even had to share three additional photos on facebook I love so many of them)!  She slept wonderfully for me and really, the hardest part of her session was getting her to close her tiny mouth!  She gave me some great smiles and I got to use lots of new girly accessories, I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more.  Enjoy the peek at our fun morning together and be sure to look for her little toes sticking out of the “love bug” wrap!

After a few failed attempts to get together I was thrilled that the weather finally cooperated so that sweet baby Colton could make it to Thunder Bay for his newborn photos!  He is a gorgeous little man who was very picky about how he would let me pose him!  We still got lots of beautiful images and below is a sneak peek from our time together.  Thank you so much for bringing your precious boy in for his first photos!

Sweet baby Marco is one lucky little boy.  He was born into one of the most amazing families I know and I am absolutely honoured that I was asked to capture his first few days.  Marco wasn’t exactly into getting his picture taken and preferred to be awake during both visits to my studio (yep, he came twice).  That’s ok though, I still love him to bits and am relieved we got all the important images mommy needs for her wall!  Enjoy the peek at Marco’s images, the Yoda hat was purchased especially for him and he makes such a cute Jedi!   And the last photo, a perfect reminder of how much he enjoyed his photo shoot!  Love you little man! xoxox

I absolutely LOVE when a little one shows up for photos and they’ve got a head full of hair!  It just adds so much character to their photos!  Baby Lucca is an adorable little guy who was an amazing model for me, which surprised us all as I’m told he’s not much of a sleeper!  I’m glad he cooperated as he’s such a photogenic baby and we got some beautiful images from his session.  Enjoy the sneak peek of this little cutie!

Baby Merlin came for his newborn photos just a few days before Valentine’s Day and my red velvet cupcake hat was perfect for this sweet little boy!  So cute you could just eat him up!  I also love sentimental props and mom brought over a handmade doll cradle she had from childhood for his photo shoot.  Tiny Merlin fit perfectly inside and we got a beautiful image for mom to cherish!   Enjoy the sneak peek from our morning together and I hope everyone had a happy Valentine’s Day full of love and baby snuggles!
